Baytwee think very highly of themselves, being proper in the sense that they will not degrade themselves with violence. It is a rare sight to see a Baytwee in a fight, and when they do fight, they are very coordinated and proper.

Altrought I really like the concept of its ability, it confused me a bit... if I understood it right, if Baytwee attacks, for example, a rock-type pokemon with a flying-type move, its attack drops 2 stages and defence and speed rise 1 stage each, is this correct? And please remind that if it has a good/mediocre special attack this ability will be overpowered in it ;)

Anyways, I really enjoy the concept of the fake and your pixel drawings, keep up the awesome work!

You sort of got it right. But instead of a rock type, it would be a grass type. The ability is meant to play off of their personality trait of being "proper". So if they hit a pokemon with a type disadvantage, then they are "rude", thus their attack falls, but their defense/speed rises.
