Padpole have a semi-permeable membrane on the soles of their feet that allow them to suction onto the surface of water. Their sticky stem emits a sweet scent that attracts small insects. When they sleep, they lower themselves below the surface and look like lily pads.

Your Pokemon are so original, unique and fun!
They're mostly based off real animals and the ones that aren't are well thought out and not just candles and lamps _{Though, don't get me wrong, I love Litwick and all of its evolutions very much}
The Flavour Text is very well thought out and interesting! You give you pokemon a real... role/nature/.. life even.

And the Habitat adds to that as well!
